Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 10 years with NAPA Auto Parts. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for helping customers understand and properly care for their vehicles, making his role as a Service Advisor at Bob’s Lil Car Hospital a natural fit.
Known for his excellent memory and ability to recall details, Ryan keeps things running smoothly while providing accurate, reliable information to customers. As a true jack-of-all-trades, he’s always willing to step in where needed, and his easygoing, friendly personality makes him a pleasure to work with and someone customers feel comfortable trusting. He also enjoys staying hands-on by performing light repairs and maintenance on his own vehicles.
Outside of the shop, Ryan is a dedicated family man, married with two children. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors, with a passion for hunting, fishing, and camping.
