They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that critical repairs were addressed. Amazing work and wonderful HONEST people. I’m a customer for life. I have been bringing my vehicles to Bob's Lil Car Hospital for years now. While I doubt you could find a more knowledgeable professional staff, it is there honesty that keeps me coming back. It is a relief to be able to bring my vehicle in for service or repair and know they are looking out for my best interest. They have literally given me a quote to complete a repair and reduced the fee after completing the work because it went quicker than anticipated. In my 40 years of owning a vehicle I have never had any other shop do that.

The little car hospital takes the time to answer all questions. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. You won't have to worry that there trying to pull one over on you as there always honest. This is the only place my husband and I will go to!
