I brought my truck in for an estimate to replace the rear brakes because during the oil service at the dealership where I bought found the pads were at their minimal limits. I wanted to get an estimate and see if their price was better than the dealership. It was. They looked at the brakes and found they were well within the tolerances and did not need replacement. Bob's could have easily told me the brakes needed replacement and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate a business who looks out for the customer before their bottom line.

Was driven up to Seattle and had part of the plastic to my underbody come off and start effects my my tires. Called and stopped by Bobs lil car hospital and had Ken look at it for me. He was able to fix the problem in 5 mins free of charge. If your ever in the area and need a spot to get your car fixed check them out. Very friendly and quick.

I have been going to Bob's for 17 years. A least once a year my old Subaru needs some repair, and I have always left feeling that I got quality, honest workmanship at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bob's, especially to single ladies who don't know "what's" wrong with their car, because Bob and his crew really listen and don't just guess their way into a big bill.

Super easy for me to take our rigs to. I took my used Jeep in for preventative items, (Just to sleep better at night), and all better now. Super cool that the mechanic that worked on my Jeep, was a guy that worked for another dealership for many years, and is an EXPERT on what I needed.. Recently, I bought my son a new car, took it there for a power steering issues, got that fixed. BUT the great thing is I forgot to tell them to see why the "Check Engine" light was on. Guess what!! They conveyed what they found on that!! The extra mile is what service is all about!!
