Fairly new to the area and still looking for a repair shop I am comfortable with. I think I have just found that shop. Time will tell honestly but first impressions are important. This is the first shop where I was treated with respect. From the greeting upon arrival, to the suggested path forward for proper analysis of the cars actual mechanical needs. I was impressed with the feeling I was being 'served as a customer' and not being 'percieved as a checkbook.' That was a great start with Bob's after being left cold by three other shops I had visited. Then on top of that the team at the front desk was professional and polite, the office was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were even spotless, and the mechanic shop area was clean and well organized from my perspective. Attention to detail like this does not happen by accident. It speaks of a work ethic second to none, and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in today's small business environment. My confidence level is high at this point.
