Jesse said he was very pleased, they have outstanding representatives, and him and his mom will both will be bringing there vehicles here next week. His mom will be getting a timing belt and he'll be getting an oil change. They really appreciate the service guy, he explained everything, his honesty, and straight forwardness was something to remember.

We just purchased a new vehicle, new to us it is a 2015 and wanted to make sure everything was good to go on the rig, I spoke with Ken and discussed what options , how in depth the check would be. We agreed since there was not very many miles on it , they would do a shortened version of the check. All is good with our new rig, Thank You Bob's Lil Car Hospital it makes us at ease with it, not worried that something may go wrong .

As an older single woman some people try to take advantage of me like I'm stupid. The staff made me feel so comfortable in person and on the phone. I got Personal phone calls from Bob explaining what was wrong with my car. What they will do and how much. If I didn't understand he would explain it again until I did understand. This is the only shop I'll take my BMW to.

Every thing was perfect. Work done on time and a fair price !!

I had some issues with someone “fixing” my car for me, I finally took it in to lil car hospital and from the first phone call until I picked up my car they were all amazingly nice and understanding. I never felt talk down to or like I was being taken advantage of. They explained every single charge without me asking and gave me a very fair deal, and my car is back the way it used to be which makes me incredibly happy!
