Kara said she has been using them since 1979 and appreciates them working her into the schedule. She picked her vehicle up, close to closing and her stereo wouldn't go on. She didn't go in and tell them, but called the next day. They told her to bring it back. That is very difficult for her, because she has no one to drive her back and forth, but feels like they owe her for the repair of the stereo.

My car is 18 years old, but it’s been such a decent car (Mitsubishi Lancer), that it moved with us from CA last year— hauling it’s fair share of stuff. But I hardly ran it at all this past year, and, of course, it developed issues. It was stalling even after a new battery was installed. The guys at Bob’s took care of the stalling quickly and reasonably. But, they allowed me to decide how much further to go to fix the vehicle.(Yes, more problems remaIned!) I’ve always felt so pushed before by my mechanics. I felt comfortable with How information was presented, and decided on further work being done. My car is soo much happier now! And I feel very comfortable with this group.

This place is the absolute best I had just moved so was running a really tight budget and they did everything in there power to help me out, really friendly stafd and they even picked me up so I wouldn't have to take a cab!! Will definitely come back
