Kara said she has been using them since 1979 and appreciates them working her into the schedule. She picked her vehicle up, close to closing and her stereo wouldn't go on. She didn't go in and tell them, but called the next day. They told her to bring it back. That is very difficult for her, because she has no one to drive her back and forth, but feels like they owe her for the repair of the stereo.
