I've been using Bob's for years on all my 5 vehicles. They are thorough, quick, communicate well, estimated cost are accurate/true cost of the repair.

Not only was the repair done, but it was done, given short notice. As they squeezed me in, they were able to finish earlier than expected & included an inspection of other things I might need repaired later. Also thankful they accept my Technet auto credit card with deferred interest.

I know I’ll get good expert service. I’m treated fairly. I enjoy going to a well run business. Always have a good experience.

It’s nice to have a repair shop that deserves the meaning of confidence. My son delivers his car from Seattle just because we as a family have trust, that what we bring in will be a worked on by qualified auto technicians and charged a fair market price. Been to other shops, finally made it home to Bob’s.
