I brought my 2012 Chevrolet Cruz in because my coolant was boiling and had no idea what was going on. They kept in contact with me and updated me on my car while they worked on it. They were very personable and did great work. My car still running beautifully till this day.

I brought one of my cars in there for a brake inspection which ended in repairs (which I already expected) and their service was fantastic. They also did a safety inspection on my vehicle which caught a problem that was on the verge of being detrimental to my vehicle safety. This was not a ploy to exploit more money. It was a very serious issue. They gave us all the information we needed to take care of the issue and probably saved me from an extremely dangerous situation. I have now brought our second vehicle there for an oil change and inspection. They are absolutely fabulous people. Their customer service is above and beyond as well as their knowledge. I won’t go anywhere else. Our truck is the next one on the list to make a visit as I want all my vehicles in top condition and I am extremely confident that Bob’s is the place to accomplish this for me.

I was able to schedule my Tundra easily. I knew that it needed major work and was given a video of the repairs I needed through my smart phone. I was very impressed to see a visual of repairs that needed to be done ahead of time with the cost of each repair itemized.
