It can happen, not everything goes according to plan. The important thing is the response. Lil Car was once again thoughtful and worked very hard to do a job well and on time even when things did not go according to plan. Thank you everyone for your great work.

I have always been pleased with Bob's Lil Car Hospital. They explain the issue so I can understand, and the price is always just right. My car and I appreciate the great service.

I was told my car needed a new transmission- but according to two other mechanics- none of the codes that my car threw were for transmission. The paperwork I received even said they couldn’t get the transmission to slip when they drove it. They gave me a Rebuilt transmission - and it took 2.5x longer than the dealer would have taken. I was trying to save money by using them instead of the dealership- but I did not save any money - since my car rental was close to $2000. $7500 (not including rental) and 7 weeks later, I pick up my car and it’s doing the SAME thing. But I was told it was a new problem. According the another mechanic - that was likely the problem all along. They did fix that “new” problem for free.... but it seemed fishy. Bummer because I thought I found a place closer to home, but I feel taken advantage of. They have so many other good reviews. :(

You guys did a great job the car runs great it was taken care of quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable. I will definitely return with any future vehicle issues on any of my cars it be glad that it Bob's little car hospital that will be diagnosing and healing my vehicles.

After the check engine light came on twice and was diagnosed ascompressor sensor we took the truck, a2007 chev. silverado, to the lil car hospital. they diagnosed the same problem and proceeded to install a rebuilt compressor,which was defective, thru no fault of theirs. They ordered a new one from the factory and when the work was completed everything ran fine. We are extremely happy with the work they did and completed in a timely manner to get us on the road for our next trip

Figured they were good when I had to wait almost a week to get an appointment! I own a smart car& not many shops have experience. While the labor cost was more expensive, they seemed to have the knowledge to fix my door! I dropped the car off as soon as they opened&they called me 10 minutes before closing to tell me it was fixed. Luckily didn't need to order parts!!!
