We had our Mini Cooper in to Bob's little car Hospital today for a check up and to clear some codes and a diagnosis. The service was quick price was fair. And we have a good idea of the health of our vehicle. The initial quote was high but was a worst case estimate. And the out the door bill was fair for work performed.

Had general maintenance done on my truck, reasonable prices for the work I had done, kept everything inside and outside of my truck clean and grease free after the service, saved me a lot of irritation and cursing not having to do it myself. Will use them again. They were able to get me scheduled in on my only week day, day off so that was nice not worrying about having to get to work without a truck.

The general maintenance from the other place is appalling. Bringing the vehicle in for an oil change should have had the technician looking at the other possible changes- transmission oil, etc. Terrible service. Glad Bobs Lil Car Hospital was recommended to me from a co-worker.

They are awesome they fixed my Truck and all the service they did on it they asked for permission they didnt do anything without asking first. wil definitley refer others.
