Thank you for a great experience. I needed my steering column replaced and they did a great job. It works wonderful! While it was in, the starter failed so they fixed that too! Thank you. There was some setbacks on parts being defective so it took longer than expected but I was always called and kept up to date on what was going on and they are very professional and helpful. Best and quickest experience at a repair shop! Rented a car for what was supposed to be a quick 2hr trip and ended up being 4hrs because of an issue with the rental. The agency had no idea how to help besides having me wait for a tow to drive me the rest of the way. Desperately walked in to Bob’s and within minutes I was out the door ready to drive home safely! Thank you so much!

I was treated great by Barbara and Joe . Didnt talk to the mechanic who worked on my car for advice, and diagnosis should be flat price to avoid double charges it maybe hard but make it /hr other that you guyz you know your job and I thank you.

When scheduling they were willing to let me wait as they may need me for completing my service requested. Worked out perfect!

They did a great job finding the problem and explaining what was going on. They fixed it in a timely manner. Originally I was gonna have to wait a week to get my car fixed, but they found some extra time and squeezed me in early.

Shawn said they did not get his vehicle fixed. He said it was 250 dollars just to be looked at and another 700 dollars or more to fix the heater, so he didnt do it.
