They said they couldn't check my car until I took the wood out of it my daughter put in the back seat and the front passenger side .infact it was hard to drive. It because it was in the middle too .so I said understandable and call my daughter to get her wood out of my car.then about an hour later before my day went to clear it out someone called me and said there is.combustion problem and most likely valves are bent it will cost 3500 to fix . I said I will get back to you it was a 2001 subaru outback so was it worth it or could I spend the $3000 and get a better car so I called around and bought a Scion 2006 Toyota low mileage runs great some body damage. Way better then fix that one so I called them said how much to pick up my car is there.a diagnostics sheet she said no fee just pick it up. They gave me no paperwork they didn't even look at it in my oppion. My daughter put fencíng in it and made it look aweful and that swayed the way they treated that car. Just like it looked . But I am glad to move on to a better car that car I gave to my daughter now she can put her junk in it .

A little pricey but good work

They were ready for my appointment, I was done by the time they said I would be, oil changed and courtesy diagnosis. Diagnosis was explained well and all my questions answered, very pleased with all and everyone there! Thank you LCH

The muffler and catalytic converter was bad and the warranty company I had for my newly purchased car was balking at paying some of the costs. Barbara from Lil Car was AWESOME! She helped with finding all the necessary parts and worked with the warranty company so that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend using this company. Love this place! Super high priced you can go to other shops around town for a lot cheaper prices and good quality work....I needed a window regulator they wanted 600.00 for it I went to tower automotive and got it for 425....

One of the hallmarks of great business practice is the ability to practice good recordkeeping. I called Mr. Ken regarding a vehicle that this business serviced TEN YEARS AGO, and Mr. Ken was able to corroborate information I found on a carfax for a vehicle that I own. Not only was he able to corroborate information, but he was able to give me more detailed notes that the carfax did not have on file. Friendly, courteous, professional, and patient are some words I'd use to describe Mr. Ken and his business practice. I would definitely use this service again if I was ever up in this neck of the woods.
