If you're ever broken down near Kelso Washington, break down in front of this place. Ken was willing to help me out. He was going to give me a Jump start, and reset my warning light for free. While helping out he noticed a few things that were wrong with my wiring. Against his better judgment, (since my vehicle is a large box truck and doesn't fit in his shop,) he decided to help me out and agreed to work on my truck. I was happy to give them my money. Friendly service, with a smile might make me drive the extra few hundred miles to have Bobs work on my vehicles. Very good work, in a timely manner, and affordable. Thank you!

I can not go on enough about this place!!! We had an emergency right on the interstate where our wiper motor stopped working during a huge rain storm....in the dark. We had to stick our hand out the window and wipe our windows to get off the interstate. We called at 7:37 and they answered the phone even though they don't open until 7:45am. They gave us clear directions on how to get there from our location and squeezed us in right away. They even had real Christmas presents under their tree and gave a present to each of our little boys and one for us!!! They had toys and goodies in them. They ordered the part and had it delivered in just a short time. They were so kind to us and our very loud children. Their customer service was above and beyond!!! The three ladies at the front desk were so friendly and knew what they were talking about. They even warned us about bad parts that they have come across so we wouldn't get them. Do not hesitate to use them. We were just passing through when our wipers broke and they got us out of their so fast so we would arrive to our destination on time. FIVE THOUSAND STARS!!!!

Called mulitble times with no results no call backs and no one that was willing to tell me what kind of diagnostic test would be best. the mechainically uninformed receptionist wanted all my personal info over he phone And insisted on having it before awnser awnsering my questions about a quote. $300 for a diagnostic. $300 just to look at it. $300 to be in the club. Thier at capacity I finally asked if they would do about of half hr of visual inspection for $50 and they said that was not an option, not what they do... meanwhile almost anywhere in town will give you a free diagnostic in hopes of gaining your bussiness. These people at lil Bob's seemed to have to much on thier plate and not really intrested in well being of thier relationship with new customers. The funny part is that I was asking them to do some fairly easy stuff on a 22re and they had no one there that had worked on one in the last 10 years. Toyota people warning do not go here.

I thought this place was solid. They had my car for about two weeks and cost me 1300$ for 2 tires, an alignment, and to put on 3 lift blocks to raise the car up. 600$ for two tires?? I went forward with the repair because I thought they were doing all 4! This was completely absurd. Then Ken tells me his kids got to eat too? I will never be back and never recommend this place unless you got deep wallets! Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

These people are crooks! This place is a joke! Please get a second opinion or make this place your last resort. They charge way too much and always try to fix more than what's needed. I do not recommend this place for a quick fix. They estimated $4,500 and over $300 for a diagnosis! We refused and took it to a specialist who went over their invoice and compared the actual cost of the parts needed. They were charging us over 3x the actual cost! In the end. Our car is fixed and spent $900 later somewhere else with better work.

Very helpful with a friend's Audi, saved a trip to Portland!
