What I love about Bob's Lil Car Hospital is that everyone knows that they are the ones--the professionals--who care about what they are doing with your vehicle. They make several presented choices for where you wish to go next, and are courteous and straightforward in their work and reporting. Something is 'not urgent' but needs fixed? So noted, and often with an explanation as to why! (OK, so i let my brakes go too long--I'm getting there!) To anyone who desires to know if Bob's can be trusted with 'your baby' you can take it from me that they are both trustworthy and professional, and go out of their way to make your vehicle servicing quick and painless.
