I had never been to Bob’s Lil Car Hospital, but had heard great things about them for years. After buying a used vehicle I found out it needed a ton of work. I took it in to have it fixed and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I work weekends and I was a bit panicked when it wasn’t done by Friday evening. They could tell it was important to me so they provided me with a nice loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to miss any work. And now my vehicle runs great! I appreciate their quality service and customer care immensely.
This place is amazing! Had them since the beginning. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Ken is great especially with emergency situations. I had my battery replaced today in short period of time. Barbara is attentive and kind.
Service was thoroughly explained before work began. Received a detailed report both in text form and printed at pickup. Drop off form for after hours asks at what price they should call to discuss repair costs. Services were affordable priced, definitely a job well done. Services are also guaranteed for 2 years. Takes a bit of time to get in for repairs but worthwhile to wait a few days. Time frame isn’t much different than other repair shops; quality and pricing is competitive with other shops. Will return in the future.

My sons Toyota Yaris was running rough and was not able to be driven back to Longview from Seattle. Since we trust only Bob’s little car hospital to repair our automobiles his car was towed to their shop. Once again we were satisfied with the work and price. I would strongly recommend Bob’s to anyone with needed auto repairs.
