Joe was great. First impressions are important and this was my first time having a service done. Everyone was courteous and as a female, I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. I appreciate everything being explained to me, what was and wasn't wrong with my vehicle, and what I need to be aware of to avoid future issues. I will be returning!

When I call for an appointment, I get one in a few days or less, I can drop the vehicle off the night before, and then just wait for a call for authorization to repair, or the vehicle is ready to pick up. I like having oil change and repair information entered into the computer for a comprehensive repair record.

Told me I need a new engine for the cost $11,500 drove it to another shop, replaced a filter and it was fine. Took it to a third shop for a third opinion and they told me the engine is fine. Get a second opinion! I Don't trust them
