I went to Little Car hospital to have the entire AC replaced in a 23 year old truck. I opted for an inspection. I had a lot of things that had gone without attention. I really liked Joe at the front desk. He explained repairs until my heart was content. A lot of work was done in just a few days. The documentation was also very thorough.

They were able to get me right and only did the work that I asked them to do, but also let me know about other things that I might want to do in the near future. I always use them for my car work because they do a great job and I know the work is done right every time

Car had a clunk in the front end so I brought it in. As usual they checked it out and called me with the details of what they found and the estimate for repair. It was a dealer-only part and had to come from out of town. When it arrived they got me right in for install. While they were there they gave the car a courtesy multipoint inspection and identified some maintenance items on the horizon. As always they were very friendly and open. And as always I’ll be going there the next time I need work done.

The entire crew, admin to mechanics are superb! I never have a problem scheduling, 90% of the time same day service, if anything is above and beyond what we originally discussed I get a phone call. I have never been "up sold". If it doesn't need it we don't get it. & they know me by name. That is a lost (vital) piece of customer service.

This company is 5 star on everything! They were very thorough and kept me informed all the way. My car has never run better after the work the mechanic did. I also found that they were very honest and aboveboard.
