Could not be more disappointed. I wanted to keep my business local and it cost me! I took my TDI there twice, each trip was close to $1500, only to have the same problems! Was charged $588.82 for a part that I could have bought from VW for $250. Almost $3k and my vehicle was still not working right. They said bring it back and they would “diagnose” for free, when I went back they said I would have to take it to the dealer, THEY COULDN’T FIX IT. I spoke to a shop in Portland, they said bring it in and they would take a look, they hooked it up to the computer, paired the replaced parts, charged me $70 and the car runs great now! Bob’s charged me $329.94 for a diagnostic! I will never be back, the shop in Portland finished the job that Bob’s couldn’t.

I have never had better communication or a more honest experience with an auto repair shop! Truly - we even ended up doing some of the work ourselves when we couldn’t afford to pay for it, because Bob’s was honest enough to share that we could take the work on at home. We will definitely use Bob’s for all auto needs :)
