Pat said she would not take her vehicle anywhere else. This business is honest and they tell her what is wrong with the vehicle. This service visit was because the check engine light indicated an issue with fuel pressure. They verified the problem to be the sensor and not fuel pressure saving her a $250 repair bill. They are awesome.
My car battery kept losing it's charge. I needed to be jumped in Woodland on new years eve. I called Bob about a Monday appt. the next week. He asked if I could get to the shop that afternoon. I ran up to the shop and Bob put the tester on my alternator which came up as a fail. This is where a lot of shops would say looks like we need to put a new alternator in see Yah next week. Bob dug around and discovered some broken wires and then he found a plug in the shop that would work for them. I now have an alternator that is charging properly . Car was fixed, and ready for the new year. Thanks Bob. Dan Moir

The business misunderstood his request and took the vehicle for a test drive to find an oil leak. He was very frustrated that he was charged for the extra labor and the test drive.

Everyone at Bob's Lil car hospital is amazing. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.
After a bad experience with another shop, it was refreshing to work with a business that could accurately quote me for work that actually needed to be done. Thank you!
