Ty said he was very happy with the service provided by the business. They were prompt in getting his vehicle in and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.
Vehicle had an issue on Saturday and had it towed to Bob's. They diagnosed, ordered and received part, and repaired it. Picked it up Tuesday morning. Now, if only they were opened on weekends... :-)
Floyd said the business provides a warranty on their work. They had replaced a part about two weeks prior. The sensor wire had fallen off so the business repaired this at no cost.
Kent said this business did everything right. They did such a good job with troubleshooting the vehicle and letting him know what was going on. They explained everything well and should keep up the good work.
We have taken our vehicles to Little Car Hospital for many years (for me, my VW Bug in 1978!). I have always experienced great service!
I would say so far (2 oil changes) that I have been treat with respect and have been pleased with results of their care for my car. I am one of those women who had a husband that took care of anything dealing with our cars. Since he passed away I need auto repair people who are honest and will 'take care of me and my car'. So far they have.
