I brought my 2006 Subaru in for major repairs after buying from used car lot. Barbara was very detailed in what to expect form the service team. Parts needed to be ordered and once received work was completed in a timey manner. This is the second vehicle that we have had serviced here and both times I was completely satisfied with the service and the outcome of the repairs. Great job!

Amazingly fast service dropped my car off Thursday night and picked it up Monday afternoon Ryan was in constant contact with the progress I will recommend this place to anyone that asks

I had a fantastic experience at Bob's! I was referred to by a friend, and because I'm not from the area, I'm really leery of male dominated industries that are known to take advantage of women simply because they can(i.e. over-quoting, misleading sales tactics, etc) And that's just simply not what happened here.. I had a fantastic experience that began with an online quote for potential windshield washer pump/nozzle replacement by Ken, that started as $100 quote. Between the time I dropped it off to have them look at the washer system to give me a quote for repairs, I had a tail light that went out, and they were kind enough to go ahead and replace that for me after they did a full once-over on my truck. They were direct and timely with communication, provided me detailed infographics including explanations and photographs of the specific issue or issues that were going on with my truck, parts that need replaced, And also did a top to bottom diagnostic informing me of potential repairs that would be crucial within the next couple of months. The fact that they were honest with me about what could and could not be put off and what I could get away with fixing now, I absolutely felt comfortable letting them Go ahead and fix the first half of work up they did for me. Bob's will now be my new home mechanic shop, And I'll be back within the next two or three months to let them finish the other half of the quote they gave me. 💜 They have appointment confirmations by text and also send links to pay online for your convenience.. BONUS! They have the cleanest bathroom I have seen probably in any business in Longview or Kelso, let alone a mechanic shop! 🙂🚽

Lost my clutch, had my truck towed there and the next day I drove out. Very fast and reliable as they check a lot of other items and fix them or let you know it will soon need attention. Thank you BLCH, this week you were a blessing to me
