I had had an O'Reilly's sales person replace a rear brake light, and he had screwed up attaching the indicator signal connection back up, so that the rear indicator signal sporadically was not working. As part of Bob's oil change procedure, that screw-up was caught and corrected at no charge. That European synthetic oil change may cost an arm and a leg, but the accompanying inspection service and no-charge attitude worth it. Also, very professional proactive advice regarding the 'parts per million' shown on the included brake fluid test that was part of the inspection. Holding off on getting brake fluid flushed til next service.
