Brought my car in more than a year ago for a power steering issue that they never fixed, nor did they use the correct parts for my car. Instead of returning my money or fixing their mistakes, they charged me to fix it again, kept the car for a week without providing updates, and finally called with the total. When arriving to pick up the car it was $400 more than I was told it would be when I dropped it off, and they removed $150 of labor, that's it. Here it is less than a month later and the car is having power steering issues again, Thanks Bob's Lil Car Hospital! Never going there again or sending anyone out your way!

Spoke with Aro. She said the vehicle was dropped off at the business on a Friday and the employees diagnosed it, got the parts, fixed what was wrong and it was ready on Monday. She said she felt they did an amazing job because they worked on the vehicle for one day and she was very satisfied. She would return if it had a problem.
