Diagnosed my truck right the first time. Told me from the moment that I talked to Bob that the "other" guys might be mistaken and they were. Friends of mine always told me that if I needed to go to an auto shop Bobs is the place to go. They were RIGHT!!!

*WARNING* Don't EVER take your car to this shop! you'd think $800 dollars and 3 separate dang-near week long visits, they'd figure out it's ONE problem! NOPE! Here's what they said "Uhhhh sorry, the repair work we did that we said would fix the problem, didn't help or even make any difference WHAT-SO-EVER in it's performance... Matter of fact, it's in even WORSE condition!!!.... However, you still owe us an arm and a leg before we'll give you your keys back." --this was my experience. Similar to my family members. Trust me, I've never left a review before about anything that's left me distressed. But I'm so ripped off, I just HAD to put my foot down! I'm leaving the post I wish I had the chance to read before I decided to gamble away my trust, my time, and OVERALL hard earned money into! Hopefully this review of my experience will save others from making the same mistake.

I have used this shop for over four years. I have always found it to be reliable and cost efficient. The work is done in a timely manner and there are never any hidden charges. The entire staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repairs. My family has had many vehicles worked on there and would never even consider going anywhere else for repairs. Have been using Bob's services for years on multiple vehicles. They may not be the cheapest, but, you get what you pay for is a great slogan for this place. Their service, results, are spectacular. They are thorough, friendly, down home, but, smart with vehicles. Ever since I discovered their shop, all others seem sub-par. Best of all, they are honest. They tell/do what needs to get done, not duck tape you back together to save money, or charge you arm/leg for a minor thing. If they say it needs fixing, it does, and they will do it right. Thank you for your great services over the years, much appreciated.
