Bob's is my go-to place for automotive work. Today it was for a synthetic oil change with filter ........ good for a year. Not inexpensive but worth it to me to keep up the requirements of my vehicle's maintenance contract.

These guys are great. Other than costing me my firstborn, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They are quick, efficient, and their text/online quote system is the best I’ve ever seen!!! Would recommend a hundred times over…if you have the money! lol. Unfortunately, when you don’t know what you’re doing with regards to working on cars (That’s ME!), you pay for the convenience of having someone way smarter do the work. In my case, it’s worth it. These guys are phenomenal!

I want to start out by saying I didn’t really push the issue with Ken about my dissatisfaction with the work they did back in July, my fault, I should have pushed the issue sooner. Fast forward to December, I call Ken and told him I’m not happy, he said let me see what I can do. Can you believe it, Ken got his parts vendor to give me credit towards OEM parts. They replaced them and the issue I had is gone. Who does that anymore!!! Ken didn’t have to do this because of the time lapse, but he did. THANK YOU BOBS LIL CAR HOSPITAL AND THANK YOU KEN!!!
